The cleanliness was lacking, with a noticeable bad smell from the toilet, likely due to sewage problems. The amenities were limited. There were no basic necessities like a kettle, and the furniture was outdated and in poor condition.

We spent 1 night in double room with the bathrooms, TV, as for instance. The location was marvellous, for example, Sheshi Skenderbu was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The vibe here was special! Everyone we met from the staff was wonderful.

The room was super clean and tastefully decorated. I appreciated the excellent selection of fresh food during breakfast. With the friendly service from the staff and easy access to local attractions, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The staff were attentive . The pool area was unparalleled. Breakfast featured a amazing selection of fresh, delicious options, made each morning enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the personal touch with the cute coffee served every morning, which enhanced my experience.
There were some minor maintenance issues in the room that could use attention.
